An absolute classic light and refreshing Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc.From the home of Sauvignon Blanc, the Loire Valley, 5th generation winemaker Jean-Luc Mardon has produced a highly drinkable, textbook example of Touraine Sauvignon Blanc from his family's estate. The grapes undergo a slower fermentation and aren't bottled until the Spring, maturing on their lees in the meantime adding complexity and body. Inviting aromas of citrus of ripe peach lead onto a fresh, clean palate with great ripeness of fruit and a satisfying, dry finish.
