Refund policy

We we assess returns on a case by case basis when it comes to wines, please see the below details. Candles and gifts are eligible for return within 14 days providing they are unused, in the same condition in which they arrived and may endure a return fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you bottle of wine was damaged during transit we will require an image of the package as it arrived at which point we will be happy to replace the damaged item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, bottles of wine that have been opened unless there is a clear fault (i.e a corked bottle), we will send a label to have the bottle returned to us for quality control purposes and will replace bottle on a case by case basis.


Exchanges 

We will accept exchanges on candles provided the packaging is in the same condition as when it arrived. We will require the customer to pay the return postage in this instance. Wines cannot be exchanged once delivered unless the item has arrived in a defective condition in which case please contact us directly on the email above.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
