Grapes are grown at 300m above sea level, this altitude helps them retain their freshness and acidity in the hot climate. Old bush vines are hand harvested to selected only the best grapes. In the winery 50% of the grapes are whole cluster fermented, the wine then ages in
large oak barrels.
