Most of us are familiar with red Rhone wines, white Rhone blends, although less common are gorgeous winter whites and a must try!
This is a classic Rhône blend dominated by Roussanne (an intoxicating little grape with notes of acaia and honey) alongside Grenache Blanc. The blend is haracterised by floral hints and exotic fruits, the palate is creamy, rich and full flavoured with refreshing flavours of apricots, spicy, mineral notes balanced by a crisp, zesty finish.
92 Points "What a beautiful nose of peaches, apricots and orange blossoms this white Rhone has. On the medium-bodied palate it is at once succulent, elegant and charming, the wine gaining in depth in the long and polished finish. A cuvee of grenache blanc, clairette and roussanne. Drink now."
