You will recieve your 1st box of wine, selected for you in the following days. Depending on your cadence selected we will curate a new box and despatch it, you will get reminder notifications via email before this ships so that you can skip, cancel or even gift the box to a friend!

Of course you can! From within your customer portal you have full control of your subscription, we will even remind you so that you don't get a box of wine you don't want! We ask that you cancel 7 days before you new box is set to ship, otherwise you can skip or rearrange delivery.

Yes you can! From within the customer portal you can change your frequency or delivery, the style of wines and even the subscription all together. For example if you chose 3 bottles of white wines and you would now like to try a mixed box you can easy change this within the portal. If you experience any issues simply email us at info@grapemarketplace.com.

We love recommending wines, it's what we do. Our concierge service allows you to give us the necessary information to make the best recommendations. If you would like to leave things to us, we can fully curate your box or you can guide the style of wine you would like when checking out with your box type ie. white, reds, mixed or fine wines.

The best value and most interesting wines fall within the £15-£25 mark, this price points represents the most bang for your buck so we have given an option for wine drinkers to recieve fewer bottles of greater value by opting for this during checkout.

At checkout you can opt for the service that best suits you. All wines are shipped via DPD which offers a standard service of £4.99 or an expedited service of £6.99.

To access the customer portal you can enter your email on this link, you will get a one-time password to enter and from within you can make any changes including: cancelling, delaying, gifting your subscription, changing your preferences, updating your delivery address and much more.

Your wines are selected personally by our team, this includes the former Senior Wine Buyer for Oddbins, Stage 2 Master of Wine Student and Judge for Decanter and IWC - you are in a very good hands.

Each customer's preferences are reviewed and we select the best options. We will always look at your previous wines to ensure a steady stream of new finds and you will often find bottles are upgraded just for subscribers as our way of thank you for your support. If you love a certain bottle, send us a note to make sure it's included in your next box.
